We watch. We move forward, we step back, we commit to a direction and hold to it. Designing a restaurant, a bar, a caf\u00e9 is never an image laid over a plan. It&#8217;s a material worked over time. Sometimes a few hours. Sometimes hundreds, spread across months.<\/p>\n<p>From twenty-five seats to more than two hundred. From the street to the kitchens.
